Microsoft Outlook doesn't provide an easy way for users to keep their data on more than one computer. No duplicates
Many sync programs including those for synchronizing with handheld devices create duplicate contacts, notes and tasks. OutlookSync provides a duplicate removal feature to automatically remove any duplicates generated during synchronization.
